- Appointment details (date, time, treatment chosen)
- Any comments you enter yourself when booking an appointment

We collect no special or sensitive personal data.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data will only be processed for the following purposes:
- Scheduling and managing appointments via Cal.com
- Answering contact requests via contact form or e-mail
- Sending of newsletters via MailerLite (only after your registration)
- Analysing website usage via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised)
- Ads and remarketing via Google Ads (only with permission)
- Improving security, performance and user experience from our website
Legal basis of processing
The processing of personal data is done solely on the basis of:
- Your permission (for cookies, marketing, newsletter)
- The legitimate interest of the practice (e.g. security or analysis)
- The implementing pre-contractual measures at your request (such as making an appointment)

- Google Ireland Ltd. - Analytics and Ads (with standard contractual clauses)
- MailerLite - Newsletter management (EU-based, fully AVG-compliant)
- Cal.com Inc. - Online appointment management (servers within the EU or EEA)
- Make (Integromat) - Limited automation within the EU
There are processor agreements concluded with all named parties.
Your data will be not sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Retention period of personal data
- Appointments and contact requests: maximum 12 months after completion of contact
- Newsletter subscriptions: until unsubscription
- Analytics and advertising data: up to 14 months
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, secure hosting and data processing exclusively on servers within the EU.
