The Sporters Check-up at 3D Dentist is a targeted check-up for athletes who want to understand their oral health, bite and jaw function - without an extensive intake or lengthy appointments.
This check is ideal for athletes who take their oral health and jaw strain seriously - preventively or in case of complaints.
What do you get in a consultation?
3D intraoral scan
We take an accurate digital scan of upper and lower jaws - quickly and conveniently, without prints.
Occlusion and TMJ check
We assess how your teeth close together and whether there are signs of overuse or wear.
Advice on sports mouth guard
We check the jaw joints and function, relevant in cases of force application and clenching.
How much does it cost?
Each appointment starts with a occasional consultation (C003).
This consultation is always included and forms the tariff of the Sporters Check-Up € 28,51.

That depends on your supplementary dental insurance. We recommend checking with your insurer what is covered in your package.
Nee. Tijdens de Sporters Check-up geven we persoonlijk advies of een sportgebitsbeschermer zinvol of nodig is. Als je er één wilt laten maken, is dat optional and becomes this separate scheduled and invoiced. We always discuss this in advance, so you know where you stand.
If we find that additional examination or treatment is needed, we will discuss this with you immediately. We will explain the options clearly and, if necessary, we can arrange a follow-up appointment plan or draw up a treatment proposal - always in consultation and without surprises.
